To determine your size, follow these steps:

  1. Measure your band size: Use a measuring tape to measure around your ribcage, just under your bust. Ensure the tape is snug but not tight.
  2. Measure your bust size: Measure around the fullest part of your bust while wearing a non-padded bra. Keep the tape level and comfortably snug.
  3. Calculate your cup size: Subtract your band size measurement from your bust size measurement. Use the difference to determine your cup size from the chart below.

If you are between sizes, it is generally recommended to choose the larger size for added comfort and support.
