Turn inside out. Machine wash cold with like colors. Line dry preferred. Do not bleach or iron. 

To ensure an accurate fit, it is recommended to measure your waist, hip, and inseam using a flexible measuring tape. The waist measurement should be taken at the narrowest part of your torso, the hip measurement at the fullest part of your hips, and the inseam from the top of your inner thigh to the bottom of your ankle. If your measurements fall between sizes, it is advisable to choose the larger size for enhanced comfort during physical activities.
