Why I Chose the Name "Fit By Nature"
Share
When I launched my first business as a personal trainer, I wanted a name that captured my philosophy on health and fitness. Fit By Nature was born from a simple belief: that the foundation for reaching your goals will always trace back to nature.
To me, living fit isn't about complicated fads or quick fixes—it's about honoring the basics:
- Eating clean, nourishing foods (offered by nature).
- Moving your body consistently.
- Spending time outdoors and connecting with the world around you.
This is where true health starts, and it's where I've always felt my best.
So when the idea of creating an athletic apparel brand started taking shape, I know I didn't want to leave that name—or that mission—behind. It wasn't just a brand name anymore; it was a way of life I wanted to share.
As a busy mom, a business owner, and someone committed to living an active lifestyle, I practically live in athletic clothes. But I also know how important it is for those clothes to keep up with every part of your day—whether you're running errands, training hard, or chasing your kids through the park.
That's why Fit By Nature apparel exists: to create pieces that move with you, perform when you need them to, and still feel amazing from morning to night. It's gear for women who do it all, because I know exactly what that like feels like.
At the heart of it all, Fit By Nature is more than a brand. It's a reminder that you're at your strongest, healthiest, and happiest when you stay rooted in the simple, powerful habits that nature has already given us.
Stays grounded, stay moving,
